This Kahlua cocktail was developed and perfected by master tiki mixologist Jim "Kimo" Cattlett from Tiki Fire. It's complex and exotic like a tiki cocktail should be. This drink has won a few awards in the last few years.  A great Kahlua recipe. Be sure to serve in a tall tiki mug if you have one.


Kahlua Kon Tiki Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Amaretto (Amaretto di Amore, Amaretto di Saronno, etc.)
• 1/2 oz Spiced Rum (captian morgan, cruzan, etc.)
• 2 oz Coconut Milk
• 2 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
• 1 tbsp. Grenadine
• 2 oz Milk or Cream

Mixing Procedure:
Mix in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain and serve into a tall tiki mug with ice.
Garnish with Cinnamon for a added touch.
