From what i understand the "Black Ice" cocktail is a popular drink on the Michigan Tech campus. This drink uses Rumple Minze, which is a peppermint liqueur. Named after the dark cover and the cooling effect of the peppermint.

This is another straight forward simple drink to make.

"Black Ice" Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
1 1/2 oz Rumple Minze (peppermint liqueur)
4 oz Coca-Cola

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Pour the Kahlua and the Rumple Minze into a highball glass.
Next and pour the coke to top the drink.

Kahlua recipes, learn how to make the "Vixen" cocktail drink recipe using Frangelico with instructions and ingredients.

This was the kahula special drink last week at the lounge. Again, as with all our recipes, we try them out first. This was ranked pretty high on the favorite list, you should try it today. A great Kahlua martini recipe.

Vixen recipe:
Ingredients

• 2 1/2 ounces Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
• 1/2 ounce grenadine syrup
• 1/2 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Mix the grenadine and frangelico in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until nice and chilled.
Strain the ingredients in a chilled martini glass.
Next, slowly pour in the kahlua.
Garnish the cocktail with a cherry or hershey's kiss if you wish.

Kahlua Recipes, learn how to make the "Buttered Toffee" recipe a wonderful cocktail using Irish Cream, Amaretto and cream.

This recipe gets pretty good reviews from readers, pretty easy cocktail to make, well worth the effort.

Buttered Toffee recipe
Ingredients:
1 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 ounce Bailey's Irish cream
1 ounce amaretto almond liqueur
3 ounce Cream (half-and-half)

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Pour the amaretto, irish cream, and Kahlua into a chilled cocktail glass over with ice.
Add the half-and-half, and give a good stir.

Serve this mixed drink in Cordial Glass.

Great Kahlua Recipes: learn to make the "Tuaca Nutter" cocktail drink.


This drink uses equal parts of Tuaca, Frangelico and Kahlua. Tuaca is a citrus / vanilla  tasting spirit and Frangelico has a hazelnut taste. They blend well to create a nice exotic tasting mixed drink. 

Tuaca Nutter recipe:
Ingredients
1 ounce Tuaca citrus liqueur
1 ounce Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
2 ounces cream (half & half)

Cocktail mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold.
Strain into a Hurrican glass with ice. 
You can garnish with chocolate shavings & chopped roast nuts to finish it off.
