Think raspberries and cream, and then add the dark rich coffee taste the of Kahlua. Now you are starting to get it. A wonderful cocktail from the nice people, and expert mixologists of the Tiki Fire Clan.  This one is credited to Jim "kimo" Cattlett. Works great as a after dinner cocktail or desert cocktail.  This drink is becoming quite popular with readers.

The Baily's Irish Cream gives it the creamy texture and a added bit to depth to the overall flavor.
The Chambord gives the drink the raspberry taste.

Kahlua Royal Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 ounces Kahlua Coffe Liqueur
• 2 ounces Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
• 1 ounce Baily's Irish Cream
• 2-4 ounces Cream (Milk will do)

Cocktail Mixing Instructions
Mix in a cocktail shaker with ice until nice and cold.
Pour into a tall cocktail glass.
Garnish with a touch of cinnamon.

Kahlua Recipes: How to make the "French Dream" recipe

French Dream Recipe:
Ingredients
• 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
• 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
• 1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur

Directions
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with ice.
